Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Find points that is affected by the patient at the facility through communication with the administrators and sections supervisors and turn into initiatives
2. Communicate with clients according to the required projects.
3. Writing daily reports for the team leader.
4. Achieving management goals by following up on all related work.
5. Respond positively to all the reviewers' comments, as they are the ones who receive the service.
6. Communicate with the relevant departments regarding patients' notes, for immediate treatment according to the policy.
7. Make the required statistics for the unit.
8. Ensure implementation of policies and procedures in order to achieve the hospital's goal of enhancing the level of care and patient experience.
9. Fully familiar with and actively implement department policies, procedures, local and international standards or department related requirements.
10. Actively participates in work development, liaising with clients and measuring job performance, process and outcome. Where appropriate, the data/information collected is analyzed and interpreted.
11. Participate in hospital safety management and risk management programs. Actively reports incidents in the system and when required, participates in incident review and root cause analysis.
