Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up restaurants, lounges, and dining areas according to service standards
- Welcome guests warmly and guide them through menu options when needed
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them promptly
- Serve dishes and beverages with attention to detail and timing
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests
- Support buffet service, room service, or event catering when assigned
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation requirements at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally
- Assist with inventory checks, equipment care, and daily operational tasks
- Support special events, private dining, and St. Regis signature rituals as required
