Key Responsibilities

* Deliver excellent service to guests following standard operating procedures and brand guidelines
* Prepare tables, serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently, and ensure smooth restaurant operations
* Attend daily briefings to stay updated on menus, promotions, and service plans
* Demonstrate knowledge of all menu items and make personalized recommendations when needed
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas, ensuring all tools and equipment are well-kept
* Support cost-control efforts through efficient handling of supplies and resources
* Build rapport with guests, ensuring satisfaction and addressing requests or concerns promptly

* Participate in scheduled training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge

* Minimum one year of experience in a similar food and beverage role within a hotel or restaurant
* Excellent communication skills in English with a welcoming and approachable personality
