Food & Beverage Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our bowling center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, preparing beverages and snacks, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting guests with seating and basic booking support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist guests with seating and guide them through the venue
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu recommendations when needed

Food & Beverage Preparation:

• Prepare and serve coffee, fresh juices, and other beverages
• Prepare and serve snacks in accordance with hygiene standards
• Ensure consistency and quality in all items served

Order Handling & Support:

• Deliver orders promptly to guests
• Handle basic cashiering and payment processing (if required)
• Assist guests with bowling lane bookings and general inquiries

Cleanliness & Hygiene:

• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas at all times
• Clear tables and ensure a tidy, welcoming environment
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Team Support:

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in restocking supplies and inventory as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food & beverage service (coffee, juices, snacks preparation preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entertainment-focused environment
• Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge is an advantage
• Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Skills:

• Barista or beverage preparation experience
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Experience in entertainment venues (bowling centers, arcades, caf s, etc.)
