Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily food & beverage operations (restaurant, bar, and beach service)
Lead and support service staff to ensure excellent guest experience
Monitor service quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards
Coordinate staff schedules and shifts
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Assist in inventory control and stock management
Work closely with kitchen and management teams
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in F&B supervision (hotel/resort preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Customer-focused with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability (including weekends & holidays)
