Main Job Responsibilities include:

• Calculating and verifying the nutritional value of products in accordance with UAE and target market requirements.
• Preparing and verifying ingredient lists in accordance with established procedures, correctly identifying allergens, and monitoring ingredient tolerances.
• Monitoring packaging compliance with target market requirements, including mandatory information and language requirements.
• Reviewing text and final packaging layouts, coordinating with designers and printers, and obtaining regulatory approvals before release.
• Verifying the admissibility of marketing claims and managing recipe or packaging changes, assessing their impact on labeling.
• Knowledge of Arabic is mandatory.
