Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the development of new food products from concept to commercial launch.
Research food trends, ingredients, and technologies to identify innovation opportunities.
Create and test prototypes for taste, texture, shelf life, and nutritional content.
Continuously improve existing products for better quality, flavor, nutrition, and cost-efficiency.
Work closely with the production team to scale up recipes and optimize processes.
Conduct sensory evaluations and collect consumer feedback to refine product formulations.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and processing parameters.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and labeling requirements.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop products that meet consumer preferences.
Coordinate with suppliers for ingredient sourcing and explore innovative materials.
Manage multiple development projects, track timelines, and report progress.
Stay updated with local and international food regulations and industry best practices.
Support sustainability initiatives in product development and packaging.
