Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Overview of Responsibilities:
Receive customer orders.
Prepare and serve orders accordingly based on the assigned section or station.
Assist in serving beverages such as coffee, tea, soft drinks, or others to customers accurately and on time.
Greet customers, respond to their inquiries about menu items and ingredients; and assist with any concerns or issues that may arise.
Follow proper hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe operation.
Assist in the preparation of cafeteria opening and closing procedures.
Restock food items, beverages, utensils, and condiments as needed.
Report and take action about customers'/patients' complaints and compliments according to policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High School or BT Diploma is preferable.
