Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure food practices comply with hygiene and food safety standards, while guaranteeing food safety. Implement and monitor the HACCP system to identify and control health risks. Contribute to protecting the health of customers and staff within the establishment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma in agri-food, quality/food safety or catering
- Good mastery of French and English
- Good mastery of HACCP standards
- Experience in the hotel industry
- Knowledge of international food safety standards
