Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations in food service settings like hotels, cafeterias, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise food service operations, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of food service teams, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on food safety, quality control, and customer service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and procedures.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in food administrative roles (e.g., Hotel Executive Chef, Institutional Food Production Manager, Commercial Cafeteria Manager, Full-line Restaurant Manager).
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in a food service environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Dietary Management, Nutritional Sciences, or Hotel/Restaurant Management.
  • Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards is a must.
