JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Support ongoing analysis to deliver insights on key variables relevant to the business.
- Assist the team in meeting business performance targets by contributing to multi-functional planning and helping with rolling forecasts and resource allocation.
- Provide data-driven insights for business decisions by applying financial and commercial understanding.
- Act with business acumen creating actionable strategies and initiatives within the business team.
- Support strategic planning, financial modeling for innovation projects, and monitor budgets for relevant sub-functions.
- Track performance, identify trends, and suggest actions to capture opportunities or mitigate risks.
- Undertakes business competitor performance review.
- Ensuring all business processes within the partnered function align with the Global framework of operations.

Desired Candidate Profile
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance / accounting / economics
- 1 to 2 Years Experience in FMCG
- Fluent in English
- Preferred Skills: (Previous experience in SAP/Hyperion, Previous Experience in Finance Business Partnering Role)
