Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Teaching: Taking charge of French courses for Specific Purposes (FOS and FOU) (courses in companies and institutions, expression and communication techniques, professional French).
Registration: Participation in placement tests in companies and institutions as well as the IFC for the FLE public if necessary.
Trainer training: facilitation, consulting, training and support for teachers.
Educational design/strong>:
Design of educational tools, modules and reference materials.
Supports coordination on project management and monitoring (talent week, artistic workshops, Francophonie festival) in courses in companies and institutions.
Certifications:
Administration and correction of CCIPF (TEF, DFP) and FEI (DELF, DALF and TCF) certifications, primarily for schools and institutions.
Participation in projects and team meetings, locally but also concerning the coordination of the IF Morocco network.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/+5 level) in French as a Foreign Language or equivalent diploma in French language teaching, or equivalent experience.
Valid DELF/DALF examiner/marker certification strongly recommended.
All references are subject to verification.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years teaching French as a Foreign Language (FLE), French for Specific Purposes (FOS), and French for University Studies (FOU), or similar experience.
Participation in the development of pedagogical frameworks and the design of training programs.
Experience in administrative tasks within an alliance, institute, or language school would be an asset.
Desired Knowledge:
Good command of teaching French as a Foreign Language (FLE), French for
Specific Purposes (FOS), and French for University Studies (FOU). Good command of educational technology and standard office software.
Very good general knowledge. Proven
pedagogical skills.
Perfect command of spoken and written French.
Excellent knowledge of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Knowledge of the local context and neighborhoods of Casablanca.
Skills:
Essential mobility across all IFC teaching sites.
Assessment of the expectations and needs of the target audiences.
Mastery of pedagogical tools adapted to the target audiences.
Mastery of digital tools and their integration into pedagogical production.
Aptitude for pedagogical innovation (monitoring, follow-up, experience).
Implementation of team projects.
Personal Qualities:
Dynamism, autonomy, and initiative.
Sense of public service and responsibility. Teamwork skills.
Rigor, organizational and planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Active listening and ability to analyze learners' needs.
High adaptability to diverse audiences and levels in a multicultural context.
Job requirements:
Flexible hours in relation to language course schedules (Wednesday to Sunday / Classes held between 9 am and 9 pm).
Classes and registrations take place at various locations in the city, far from the Institute, requiring significant travel (evening trips). A driver's license is essential (a vehicle will be provided).
