Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support foreign purchasing activities from order placement to shipment follow-up

  • Assist in collecting and sharing technical data sheets for new materials
  • Maintain and update supplier records and vendor information in the system
  • Review pro-forma invoices and verify prices and specifications under supervision
  • Coordinate with logistics and planning teams regarding shipping methods (Sea / Air / Courier)
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely order processing and delivery
  • Support material availability to avoid production delays
  • Update purchasing orders and supplier data accurately in the ERP system
  • Assist in handling ACID numbers and required import documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field

  • 1 3 years of experience in foreign purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
  • Basic understanding of international purchasing and shipping procedures (Sea & Air)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel; ERP system knowledge is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written)
