Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead construction crews, providing clear instructions and support to drive productivity.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, enforcing compliance with safety regulations to minimize accidents.
- Oversee material management, ensuring timely delivery and proper storage to prevent project delays.
Desired Candidate Profile
diploma or equivalent; a degree in civil engineering or construction management is preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience in civil construction, with a proven track record in site supervision.
Experience in managing diverse teams, showcasing strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
