Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and schedule tasks for workers, subcontractors, and vendors to optimize productivity and maintain project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures promptly.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
Relevant degree or related field qualification, providing a strong technical foundation for project management.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the civil construction industry, showcasing a deep understanding of site operations and challenges.
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH or OSHA) to ensure adherence to safety standards.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera) to streamline project tracking and reporting.
