Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, minimizing project delays.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work sites to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily reports and timesheets, to track project progress and labor costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, showcasing a solid educational foundation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in civil construction, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices.
  • Certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR, or PMP, reflecting a commitment to safety and project management.
  • Experience in managing diverse teams, with the ability to motivate and lead personnel from various backgrounds.
