Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Foreman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have strong site supervision experience and the ability to manage manpower, subcontractors, and daily site activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
Manage site workers, subcontractors, and ensure productivity.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project specifications.
Monitor material usage and coordinate with store/procurement team.
Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
Report daily progress to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.
Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely project completion.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Foreman in a construction company.
UAE experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of civil/architectural works.
Ability to read drawings.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
