Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources to meet deadlines.

  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing clear instructions and performance feedback to enhance productivity and reduce errors.

  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures, conducting regular stock checks and audits to minimize discrepancies and optimize storage.

  • Manage the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods, ensuring accuracy in all transactions and adherence to safety regulations.

  • Can able to operate CNC machine is a must

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field is a plus.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as Forklift Operator Certification, First Aid, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) training.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Displays strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team to achieve common goals.
