Supervise the activities of assigned contracted personnel/workers to ensure that their work is carried out correctly and to the required standards

Maintain safe work environment

Maintain all manpower and machinery daily records and supplying all the production relate data to superior, maintain timesheets

Supplying reports on daily production

Leading the team in the field, motivate them to work and extract the optimum output

Check with supervisor for morning schedule and Assigning manpower and equipment to the requisite work in every morning

Liaise with other sections involved in the work, Providing Tool Box Talks every morning

Create and maintain a safe work environment

Inform technicians in case of breakdown of any equipment

Inform superintendent about the requirement of all material required at site in advance

Take ownership for the safety of all the workers in the team

Report all near misses

Give clear directions and guidance to the workers as to what needs to be done to avoid any mistake or repetitive works

Ensure that all workers have appropriate tools and equipment needed for the job

Evaluate quickest and easiest way to complete a task without sacrificing quality and safety

Hold the weekly jobsite safety meeting and keep a record of it in the log for future references

Inform supervisor regularly about the daily production at site.
