Job Title: Foreman – Storm Water Project
Company: Desert Man Transporting and Contracting
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site activities related to storm water and drainage works

• Lead and manage site crews, operators, and subcontractors

• Execute works including pipe laying, manholes, catch basins, culverts, and drainage networks

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and project schedules

• Monitor daily progress and report to Project Engineers/Managers

• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment requirements

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards

• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on-site

• Enforce strict adherence to HSE regulations and local authority requirements

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience as a Foreman in storm water or drainage projects

• Strong knowledge of storm water systems and infrastructure works

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi municipality regulations and standards

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or related field

• UAE experience in infrastructure and utilities projects

• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
