Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that work is executed according to project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage a diverse team of workers, effectively delegating tasks and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work processes and materials, identifying potential issues before they escalate.
  • Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders, providing timely updates on progress and challenges.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in construction management is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, showcasing a strong track record.
  • Certifications in safety management, such as OSHA, are essential to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Experience in leading teams, with proven success in managing diverse groups of workers on-site.
