Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the epoxy flooring installation team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and prepare the area, ensuring proper surface preparation, including grinding, patching, and cleaning, before epoxy application.
- Supervise the mixing and application of epoxy materials, adhering to manufacturer specifications and project requirements for optimal results and durability.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of materials and equipment, managing inventory to prevent delays and ensure sufficient supplies for each project.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Holds relevant certifications in epoxy flooring or related trades, showcasing a commitment to professional development.
- Exhibits a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in epoxy flooring installation, displaying proven expertise in the field.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of epoxy flooring techniques, including surface preparation, application methods, and finishing processes.
