Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day fit-out site activities
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project timelines
Maintain quality standards and monitor productivity
Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong site supervision skills
Hands-on experience in interior works
Strong knowledge of gypsum, partitions, flooring, and finishing works
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Good leadership and communication skills
UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
Immediate joiners or short notice preferred
