Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow and quality standards on-site.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of work in progress to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
  • Allocate tasks to team members based on skills and project requirements, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or related industry, with a proven track record in supervisory roles.
  • Relevant certifications such as OSHA, First Aid, or specific trade certifications are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and tools is essential for effective oversight.
