Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all steel erection activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications for structural integrity and safety.
- Direct and manage a team of steel erectors, providing clear instructions, training, and performance evaluations to optimize productivity and maintain a skilled workforce.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a relevant trade school certification or apprenticeship in steel erection is highly advantageous.
