Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that work is executed according to project specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and manage a diverse team of workers, effectively delegating tasks and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of work processes and materials, identifying potential issues before they escalate.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders, providing timely updates on progress and challenges.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in construction management is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, showcasing a strong track record.
Certifications in safety management, such as OSHA, are essential to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Experience in leading teams, with proven success in managing diverse groups of workers on-site.
