Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Foreman will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, managing labor teams, and ensuring construction works are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with drawings and site engineer instructions.
The role requires strong hands-on experience in structural and finishing works, with the ability to coordinate manpower, maintain productivity, and uphold quality standards on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities across concrete, blockwork, plaster, and finishing works
- Allocate manpower effectively and distribute daily tasks to achieve planned targets
- Ensure works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and site engineer instructions
- Monitor productivity, workmanship quality, and adherence to project timelines
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, subcontractors, and equipment operators to ensure smooth workflow
- Verify levels, dimensions, and execution details before and during work activities
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment on site
- Enforce basic safety regulations and ensure proper use of PPE by all workers
- Report site progress, challenges, and manpower status to the Site Engineer
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 7 10 years of construction site experience in Lebanon
- Proven experience as General Foreman or Trade Foreman
- Strong practical background in concrete works, blockwork, plaster, and finishing works
- Ability to read basic construction drawings and understand levels and dimensions
- Hands-on knowledge of formwork systems, rebar installation, concrete casting procedures, and finishing sequences
- Strong leadership skills in managing labor teams and controlling productivity
- Ability to coordinate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and operators
- Strong awareness of quality control requirements and execution standards
- Knowledge of basic site safety practices and PPE enforcement
- Strong communication skills (Arabic is mandatory)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Disciplined, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
- Strong site presence and leadership capability
