Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct a team of skilled workers, ensuring efficient task completion within set deadlines.
  • Oversee daily operations, monitoring progress, and proactively addressing any roadblocks to maintain productivity.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce safety protocols, and promote a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate with project managers, providing updates on progress, and communicating any resource requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Hold a valid Foreman or Supervisor certification, demonstrating commitment to industry standards.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction or related industry.
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and relevant codes.
