Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and direct a team of skilled and unskilled workers, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to project timelines.
- Oversee daily site operations, coordinating tasks, allocating resources, and proactively addressing any arising challenges.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and promoting a culture of safety consciousness among the team.
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications, ensuring accurate execution of work according to design and engineering plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a relevant trade certificate or vocational training is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in a foreman or supervisory role within the construction or related industry.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
