Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Enforce forestry laws and regulations, preventing illegal logging and wildlife poaching within designated areas.
- Conduct forest surveys and inventories to assess timber resources, track wildlife populations, and monitor ecosystem health.
- Develop and implement forest management plans, promoting sustainable practices and biodiversity conservation.
- Oversee reforestation and afforestation projects, ensuring the successful planting and growth of trees.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Natural Resource Management, or a related field.
Hold relevant certifications such as a Certified Forester (CF) or similar.
Demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in forestry or a related field, with hands-on experience.
Have experience in forest inventory, silviculture, and forest protection, a plus. Training
