Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented FX Dealer to join our Dealing Desk team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and executing client trades, managing risk exposure, ensuring pricing accuracy, and supporting internal teams with trading-related queries. This role requires strong market awareness, analytical ability, and the discipline to operate in a fast-paced trading environment while adhering to company risk and compliance standards. The ideal candidate must be willing to operate on a shift basis, working around the clock over five days to support the team and provide around-the-clock assistance to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, execute, and manage client trades across FX, commodities, indices, and other asset classes
  • Maintain and manage risk exposure in line with company policies
  • Monitor pricing, liquidity, and execution quality
  • Identify, assess, and escalate potential trading or system issues
  • Generate daily trade and risk reports
  • Monitor client trading behavior and exposure
  • Communicate with liquidity providers and trading system partners where required
  • Support the sales, retention, and customer service teams with trading-related queries
  • Stay up to date with macro-economic events, market trends, and their impact on trading activity

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an FX Dealer / Dealing Room Officer within a brokerage or financial institution
  • Strong understanding of FX and CFD products, platforms, and market mechanics
  • Experience using MT4 / MT5 or similar trading platforms
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and risk awareness
  • Excellent command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
