Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, lift, and stack materials in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct pre-operation checks on forklifts, ensuring all safety features are functional and reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
- Load and unload trucks with precision, ensuring that materials are handled carefully to prevent damage and ensure load stability.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, documenting all goods transported and ensuring data is updated in real-time.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in material handling is a plus.
Valid forklift operator certification as mandated by local regulations, demonstrating proficiency in safe operation.
A minimum of 1 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, showcasing hands-on knowledge of forklift operations.
Experience in inventory management systems, with an ability to navigate software for tracking and reporting purposes.
