Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move goods across the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate stacking and positioning of products to prevent damages.
• Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and condition upon arrival.
• Load and unload shipments from trucks, following safety procedures closely.
• Organize and maintain inventory locations accurately within the storage area.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and operations.
• Adhere to company policies regarding safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as needed to support warehouse operations.
• Contribute to a safe working environment by following all safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
• Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting.
• Valid forklift operator certification is necessary prior to commencing work.
• Strong understanding of warehouse environment safety protocols and procedures.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions and guidelines.
• Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with the warehouse team.
