Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Operate electric forklifts, propane gas forklifts, and reach trucks safely for handling Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Finished Goods.
Transport materials efficiently across warehouse, production, and dispatch areas in compliance with safety standards.
Load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring proper placement, securing of loads, and prevention of damage.
Perform sales loading and offloading accurately within assigned timelines.
Handle trailer loading operations in line with safety and transit requirements.
Conduct daily equipment checks, basic maintenance, and maintain accurate operating records.
Support stocktaking and inventory control by storing materials correctly and reporting discrepancies.
Follow instructions from the Supervisor/Duty Supervisor to meet daily operational targets.
Comply strictly with Mai Dubai’s health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Remain flexible to work day/night shifts and across UAE locations while maintaining punctuality and professionalism.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or warehouse vocational training is a plus.
Proven forklift and reach truck experience in Food Manufacturing or FMCG environments.
Certified and experienced in operating electric and propane gas forklifts.
Valid UAE forklift operator license required; light or heavy vehicle license is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards, SOPs, and material handling practices.
Ability to handle FG and RMPM pallets safely in fast‑paced operations.
Reliable, punctual, safety‑focused, and adaptable to rotational shifts and multiple locations.
Team‑oriented with clear communication skills for reporting operational issues.
