Roles & Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator license/certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience as Forklift operator
- Basic understanding of inventory and material handling processes
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate forklift safely and use PPE at all times
- Load, unload, and move materials to assigned locations
- Support receiving by unloading and staging incoming shipments
- Assist in picking and loading materials for dispatch
- Check for visible damages and report issues
- Ensure proper stacking, storage, and safety of materials
- Support inventory counts and stock checks
- Keep forklift and work area clean and safe
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Report any safety risks, damages, or discrepancies
- Support team during high workload or staff absence
- Perform other assigned warehouse duties
OTHERS:
- Responsible for performing duties in accordance with the company s policies, procedures, and quality objectives
- Have necessary authority to make decisions within their scope of work and escalate issues as needed and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Accountable for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of their work, as well as for reporting any nonconformities or risks that may impact quality, legal compliances, safety, environment, or customer satisfaction.
- Support and participate in achieving organizational QHSE objectives.
- Other duties may be assigned
Desired Candidate Profile
Responsible for safely operating a forklift to move, load, unload, and store materials in the warehouse. Supports daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch while following company safety procedures.
