Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Work closely with customers in understanding equipment needs.
Be solution driven; focus on finding the right solution for long-term customer relationship development. Sell in the consultative sales solution manner with the partnering approach.
Find, analyze and execute sales opportunities,
Provide a professional and appropriate to approach customers to support business growth, brand differentiation, and customer loyalty.
Work closely with financial services providers to provide solutions to customers that require these services.
Maintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales management
Extensive travelling throughout the assigned territory. Minimum 70% of the time is away.
Maintain current product knowledge and attend needed trainings for assigned product range to Build a significant knowledge of technical product knowledge.
Monitor competitor activities and products.
Promote the value and capabilities of our parts and service departments.
Understands the sales process and posses the ability to move through the different stages.
Preparation of sales forecasts as required and activity needs to meet targets.
Weekly sales reporting including update competitors stock and pricing to management.
Degree in Engineering, or equivalent.
1 - 3 years of Experience (Forklifts sales is a MUST)
MS Office, ERP, Electronic Catalogues
Good command of the English Language.
