Role & Responsibilities

Lead a core team dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable, and professional Formwork services to customers on their project sites
Oversee experienced formwork instructors, ensuring the consistent delivery of expert on-site technical guidance
Manage value-added service offerings including; formwork pre-assembly and installation
Play a key role in building and reinforcing client confidence in the Company s abilities leading to new projects

Essential

Experience managing blue collar workers in the Middle East, UAE experience preferred
Hand-on formwork site assembly experience
Carpentry skills highly desirable
Site / Construction management experience
Exceptional HSE awareness and enforcement
