Formwork Team Leader

Install and adjust the formwork team of all kinds on the project.

Realize the formwork and proceed with the assembly of prefabricated elements of concrete, reinforced concrete or prestressed concrete constructions.

Planning and organization:

• Develop work plans, distribute tasks and coordinate the activities of the formwork team according to the priorities of the project.

Team management:

• Supervise, train and motivate the formwork team to ensure optimal performance, respect for deadlines and safety on the site.

Quality and safety:

• Ensure that formwork work is carried out in accordance with established quality and safety standards, while quickly identifying and resolving potential problems.

Interdisciplinary collaboration:

• Work in close collaboration with other teams on the site, including engineers, work supervisors and production teams, to ensure a harmonious coordination of activities.

Cost control:

• Supervise the efficient use of materials, resources and labor to meet established budgets.

Reports and documentation:

• Maintain detailed reports on the progress of the work, the problems encountered and the solutions implemented.
