Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role
As a Foundation Phase Educator at Noya Nursery, you ll play a vital role in nurturing, inspiring, and developing our young learners through a creative, child-centred approach rooted in best practice and the British EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons based on EYFS principles
- Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and management
- Maintain open, positive communication with parents and caregivers
- Monitor and document children s learning and development
- Support children s personal, social, and emotional development
- Bring creativity, flexibility, and a growth mindset to the classroom
- Uphold health, safety, and safeguarding standards in the nursery
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Must hold a recognized Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 3, Bachelor s Degree in Early Childhood, BTEC, HND, PGCE in Early Years)
English as a first language (native level fluency)
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar early years setting
- Proven expertise in delivering an enriched EYFS curriculum
