About the Role:

We re looking for a sharp, driven and highly reliable Founder s Associate to work directly with the Co-Founders and executive leadership team on a blend of Strategic Finance and Investor Relations initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in high-impact, high-visibility roles and wants to be at the heart of decision-making in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.

In this role, you ll be involved in everything from investor communications and fundraising to ESOP planning, financial modelling and strategic planning. You will act as a key thought partner and execution arm to leadership, ensuring our capital strategy aligns with our ambitious goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze key business metrics and provide insight on financial implications
  • Work with leadership on capital allocation, budgeting and long-term planning.
  • Evaluate and structure debt financing or alternative funding strategies.
  • Support M&A, partnerships, or other strategic initiatives as they arise.
  • Prepare investor updates, pitch decks and data rooms.
  • Support end-to-end fundraising processes including outreach, due diligence and deal execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors.
  • Monitor cap table and manage investor communications.
  • Own ESOP structuring and administration in coordination with legal/finance teams.
  • Build and maintain strategic financial models to support decision-making.

What You'll Need:

  • A degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics or equivalent.
  • 4 years related experience in a start-up environment, consultancy or similar.
  • A track record of being a high performer in various environments.
  • You are a hyper-logical and structured thinker; you can break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work.
  • Curiosity and passion for problem-solving, with a strong appetite for growth and a can-do attitude.
  • Collaborative working style with strong people skills and experience working in teams under pressure.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and bring structure when needed.
  • Able to work on multiple projects in parallel, across different functions of the business.
  • Execution-oriented with a real sense of urgency.
