FP&A and HFS Analyst

1. P&L management and operational performance

Monitor and analyze the monthly financial performance of LCT (Orders, Sales, CM, FPC, SG&A, EBIT).

Prepare the key financial KPIs : productivity, mix, pricing, backlog conversion, margins, etc.

Contribute to the monthly closing , analyze variances (actual vs. budget/LE) and prepare comments.

Consolidate inputs from Sales, ComOps, OTR, and Service teams to ensure a reliable view.

2. Internal reporting and financial communication

Prepare the monthly performance package for the Finance Manager and the GM.

Maintain tracking files (walks, BDR trackers, KPI dashboards).

Ensure the quality, consistency and integrity of financial data transmitted to the VEGA Zone.

Supporting the preparation of business reviews (KPI Pulse, Operating Reviews).

3. FP&A Cycles Prevision & Planning

Participate in all FP&A cycles:

Outlooks / Latest Estimates

Annual budget

Long-Term Plan

LCT financial strategy

Build the necessary financial models (volumes, pricing, expenses, margins).

Ensure the coordination of inputs with the Segments (Imaging, Ultrasound, PCS, Services).

Prepare the consolidated analyses for the Zone.

4. Cash and HFS Performance

Assist with cash KPI reporting : collections, PD, DSO, inventory movements.

Supporting the Cash team in terms of analytical reporting and forecasts/estimates.

Contributing to HFS topics :

Monitoring of the financing solutions pipeline (leasing, CMT, vendor finance).

Local HFS reporting and consolidation for the Zone.
