As an FP&A Supervisor at Nawy Real Estate, you will lead the financial planning and analysis efforts to support strategic decision-making within the company. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, providing insights to optimize operational and financial performance. This role requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across functions to drive business success.

• Supervise the preparation and analysis of financial forecasts and budgets.
• Develop financial models to support business strategies and initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial planning.
• Identify risks and opportunities affecting company financials.
• Coach and mentor junior team members within the FP&A function.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within real estate or related industries.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a small team.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working under tight deadlines.
