Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Job Description:

• • Knowledge of Hydraulic Fracturing design software ( Fracpro, StimPlan, TM.Frac, CADEcat, GOHFER, Mfrac etc.)
  • Ability to prepare Fracturing design (Frac, Acid frac, Multistage frac etc.) utilising reservoir data, well data, CBL/VDL, completion status, corrosion status, Surface/subsurface pressures & temperature, production history, complication etc.
  • Ability to perform/ Supervise Fracturing operation at site and take corrective measures during operations.
  • Ability to change frac pumping schedule based on Step down test and MiniFrac
  • Ability to supervise jobs in H2S/ CO2 environments
  • Able to manage maintenance of Units and other allied equipment, Pumps, Blender, C-Pumps, valves, treating iron etc.
  • Able to follow all regulatory and compliance paperwork associated with job (Job logs, Trip report, Data Acquisition, Job completion report, Chemical/proppant consumption etc.)
  • Ability to communicate with supervisors, Client representative and crew

• Required Skills and Competencies:

• • Trainings on Safety/ Fire fighting/ First Aid
  • Experience of Tool box talk/ safety meeting. Compliance of safety management system in accordance with Company policies, statutory procedures and contingency plan
  • Ability to work with multi-cultural work force
  • Knowledge of English: -understand, Read, write, speak
  • Work experience with pedigree companies & countries.
  • Onshore + offshore + H2S environment experience

• Qualifications & Experience: Technical Degree and Diploma with 3 to 5 years of exp.
