Roles & Responsibilities

The Fracturing Maintenance Assistant supports field maintenance and operations for hydraulic fracturing and completion equipment. This role assists with routine upkeep, preventive maintenance tasks, parts handling, and general mechanical support to ensure equipment readiness and reliability during fracturing operations. The position works closely with technicians, field supervisors, and maintenance teams to support safe and effective field performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in a mechanical, industrial, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a mechanical support, field operations, or maintenance role, preferably in oilfield services or heavy equipment environments.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work under supervision, and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
