As a Fragrances Consultant, you will be at the heart of our high-end retail operations, engaging with customers to share your expertise in scents and provide personalized fragrance recommendations. You will be responsible for discovering customer preferences, explaining the nuances of different fragrances, and assisting in selecting products that match their unique tastes. Your passion for fragrances and ability to communicate effectively will create a delightful shopping experience for our customers. Working closely with the sales team, you will help drive sales by demonstrating product benefits, creating engaging display strategies, and organizing in-store promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

• Recommend suitable fragrance products based on individual customer needs and desires.
• Stay informed about the latest fragrance trends, products, and promotions in the market.
• Educate customers on fragrance notes, their compositions, and application techniques.
• Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure satisfaction with purchased products.
• Coordinate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive product displays.
• Organize and participate in in-store fragrance events and promotional activities.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to share benefits and answer customer queries.
• Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting brand values and superior customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of popular and new arrival products.
• Develop strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Review sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

• Proven experience in fragrance consulting or luxury retail sales preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused sales approach.
• Strong knowledge of different perfume families, notes, and application methods.
• Ability to stay current on market trends and new fragrance launches.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
