Franchise Director

HCP Automotive

Reporting to the Board, the Franchise Director will assume overarching responsibility for the performance, governance and strategic direction of the franchise portfolio. The remit encompasses sales, aftersales, customer experience, brand representation and regulatory compliance, with a particular emphasis on elevating standards and embedding best practice across all locations.

The Person

The successful candidate will be a proven automotive leader of considerable stature, with a track record of delivering sustained results within complex, multi-site dealership environments.

You will bring:

• Significant senior leadership experience within automotive retail, ideally at franchise or group level
• Demonstrable success in leading large, diverse teams and executing transformational change
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing substantial revenues and cost bases
• Credibility with OEMs and a sophisticated understanding of franchise governance
• Cultural intelligence and the gravitas to operate effectively within the Saudi market
• An authoritative yet inclusive leadership style, underpinned by intellectual rigour and sound judgement
• Regional experience in the Middle East would be advantageous but is not essential for a candidate of exceptional quality.
