Roles & Responsibilities
What you ll do
- Responsible for marketing & sales of the specified disease area to support company objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to transform and shape the treatment of diseases in the specified therapy area.
- Lead a team of sales and marketing managers to assure the brand business objectives attainment & to identify opportunities/issues and performance for the brand.
- Lead the commercial strategy for the specified products at AstraZeneca Saudi Arabia
- Define brand priorities through the implementation of cross functional brand plan process, considering company alliance & SOP.
- Lead cross functionally to ensure the effective workflow that match with the market nature, dynamics, focusing on market access opportunities.
- Guarantee an effective product communication, promotional supports and implementation of marketing plan to reach sales objectives / margins / Profits.
- Assure the market analysis (scenarios, trend, competitors, etc.) and monitoring the quantitative and qualitative product perception.
- Drive innovation / digitalization in the business, finding and implementing innovative approaches across marketing channels.
- Maintain and develop the relationship with KOLs / HCOs while aligning with Global / International projects & guidance.

- Intuitive Strategic Thinking & Innovation in Brand Leadership.
Applicants should possess the following qualifications to go through initial screening:
- People management /leadership skills.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience as Franchise manager in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
- Experience in both sales and marketing for oncology specialty.
- At least two years of experience in Oncology.
- Launch experience is a must.
- Pharmacy, veterinary, Dental or medical background is a must.
- MBA degree is an asset.
