Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What you ll do

  • Responsible for marketing & sales of the specified disease area to support company objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to transform and shape the treatment of diseases in the specified therapy area.
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing managers to assure the brand business objectives attainment & to identify opportunities/issues and performance for the brand.
  • Lead the commercial strategy for the specified products at AstraZeneca Saudi Arabia
  • Define brand priorities through the implementation of cross functional brand plan process, considering company alliance & SOP.
  • Lead cross functionally to ensure the effective workflow that match with the market nature, dynamics, focusing on market access opportunities.
  • Guarantee an effective product communication, promotional supports and implementation of marketing plan to reach sales objectives / margins / Profits.
  • Assure the market analysis (scenarios, trend, competitors, etc.) and monitoring the quantitative and qualitative product perception.
  • Drive innovation / digitalization in the business, finding and implementing innovative approaches across marketing channels.
  • Maintain and develop the relationship with KOLs / HCOs while aligning with Global / International projects & guidance.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • People management /leadership skills.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience as Franchise manager in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
  • Experience in both sales and marketing for oncology specialty.
  • At least two years of experience in Oncology.
  • Launch experience is a must.
  • Pharmacy, veterinary, Dental or medical background is a must.
  • MBA degree is an asset.
