Roles & Responsibilities

Working as a Chief Steward, you will ensure all team members are trained and maintaining Holiday Inns brand service style and behavior; you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the stewarding department. Youll have ambition, talent, and some essential skills. Were seeking someone passionate about creating great guest experiences for this vital role.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

  • Supervise stewarding operations across all kitchens and back-of-house areas.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the stewarding team to deliver excellence.
  • Monitor and manage kitchen equipment, chemical usage, and inventories.
  • Collaborate with Culinary and F&B leaders to support seamless operations.
  • Implement sustainable practices in waste management and resource conservation.

What We Need From You

  • Previous leadership experience in stewarding within an international hotel.
  • Preferably with IHG brand experience.
  • Currently based in the UAE with knowledge of HACCP and hygiene standards.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
