  • Revenue Audit & Verification

    • Review and reconcile daily revenue postings from all outlets (rooms, F&B, spa, and other services).

    • Verify that all transactions are recorded accurately in the property management and point-of-sale systems.

    • Ensure all complimentary, house use, and discounts are properly authorized.

    • Audit daily cashier reports, credit card settlements, and cash transactions.

    Reporting & Financial Accuracy

    • Prepare daily revenue and reconciliation reports for management review.

    • Ensure all revenue is recorded in compliance with accounting policies and hotel standards.

    • Assist in preparing month-end closing reports related to income and revenue.

    • Highlight discrepancies, variances, or irregularities for corrective action.

    Internal Control & Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures, IHG standards, and UAE regulations.

    • Monitor and report any misuse, fraud, or deviation from hotel policies.

    • Support external and internal audit requirements as needed.

    Coordination & Support

    • Liaise with Front Office, F&B, and other departments to resolve revenue-related issues.

    • Support the finance team in budget planning and forecasting through accurate revenue data.

    • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on revenue-related procedures.

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • 2 3 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

  • Strong knowledge of hotel PMS & POS systems (Opera, Micros, Sun System, FMC).

  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software.

  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
